How to use the system

A quick step-by-step guide to the main workflows in the Agent Portal.

1. Sign in and check your dashboard
  1. Sign in at /login with your agency's work email and password.
  2. The Dashboard shows your company profile, KYB status, outstanding invoices, wallet balance, and commission earned at a glance.
  3. If your KYB status is not APPROVED yet, some booking limits may apply until it clears review.
2. Complete KYB (company verification)
  1. Open KYB from the navigation.
  2. Submit the mandatory documents first (business license, registration certificate, authorized signatory ID, proof of address).
  3. Optional documents (bank letter, trade license renewal, etc.) strengthen your profile but are not required to start booking.
  4. Back office reviews submissions - status updates automatically once approved.
3. Search and book (Corporate Booking / Search)
  1. Use Search to look up flights, hotels, or rent-a-car for your traveler.
  2. Prices shown already include your negotiated agent rate - the price you see is the price the server will charge, it cannot change between search and checkout.
  3. Select an offer, fill in traveler details, and choose how the booking will be paid (wallet, bank transfer, or card).
4. Manage travelers
  1. Add your company's frequent travelers under Travelers so you don't retype their details on every booking.
  2. Assign a travel policy (e.g. economy preferred, business class allowed) per traveler if your company enforces one.
5. Track bookings
  1. The Bookings list shows every reservation made under your account with its current status.
  2. Only bookings still in Pending Payment or Draft can be confirmed; only bookings not already cancelled or completed can be cancelled.
6. Manage your wallet
  1. Top up your wallet to pay for bookings instantly without a per-transaction bank transfer.
  2. Wallet transactions and balance history are visible under Wallet.
7. Review invoices and accounting
  1. Invoices shows every invoice, credit note, refund, and the full accounting statement for your finance team.
  2. This is a statement of your transactions with Sehaab specifically - export it for your own bookkeeping, it does not replace your company's general accounting system.
8. Get help
  1. Use the form on this page for anything not covered above - pick the closest category so it reaches the right team faster.
  2. Refund requests are automatically prioritized and routed to the refund review queue.
  3. Your named account manager (below) is your escalation point for anything urgent.
