Account manager
Named account manager, SLA, escalation, and message thread placeholder.
How to use the system
A quick step-by-step guide to the main workflows in the Agent Portal.
1. Sign in and check your dashboard
- Sign in at /login with your agency's work email and password.
- The Dashboard shows your company profile, KYB status, outstanding invoices, wallet balance, and commission earned at a glance.
- If your KYB status is not APPROVED yet, some booking limits may apply until it clears review.
2. Complete KYB (company verification)
- Open KYB from the navigation.
- Submit the mandatory documents first (business license, registration certificate, authorized signatory ID, proof of address).
- Optional documents (bank letter, trade license renewal, etc.) strengthen your profile but are not required to start booking.
- Back office reviews submissions - status updates automatically once approved.
3. Search and book (Corporate Booking / Search)
- Use Search to look up flights, hotels, or rent-a-car for your traveler.
- Prices shown already include your negotiated agent rate - the price you see is the price the server will charge, it cannot change between search and checkout.
- Select an offer, fill in traveler details, and choose how the booking will be paid (wallet, bank transfer, or card).
4. Manage travelers
- Add your company's frequent travelers under Travelers so you don't retype their details on every booking.
- Assign a travel policy (e.g. economy preferred, business class allowed) per traveler if your company enforces one.
5. Track bookings
- The Bookings list shows every reservation made under your account with its current status.
- Only bookings still in Pending Payment or Draft can be confirmed; only bookings not already cancelled or completed can be cancelled.
6. Manage your wallet
- Top up your wallet to pay for bookings instantly without a per-transaction bank transfer.
- Wallet transactions and balance history are visible under Wallet.
7. Review invoices and accounting
- Invoices shows every invoice, credit note, refund, and the full accounting statement for your finance team.
- This is a statement of your transactions with Sehaab specifically - export it for your own bookkeeping, it does not replace your company's general accounting system.
8. Get help
- Use the form on this page for anything not covered above - pick the closest category so it reaches the right team faster.
- Refund requests are automatically prioritized and routed to the refund review queue.
- Your named account manager (below) is your escalation point for anything urgent.
